We use agents daily and we still review every diff. The work here is setting up how your team does that: what the agent is allowed to touch, which tests gate a merge, how conventions get encoded so they survive contact with generated code, and what review looks like when there's more of it.

Strangler-style migrations, seam-finding in code without tests, and latency work that starts with measurement rather than opinion. We work on the running system, in small reversible steps, and we leave the graphs behind so the next person can see what moved.
